J.Symmone's Kitchen is a private chef organization that offers a variety of food services and baked goods. Specializing in gourmet southern cuisine, J.Symmone's Kitchen was founded in Memphis, TN by classically trained chef Jada Symmone.
Meet the Chef
Chef Jada Symmone was born and raised in Memphis, TN and gained a culinary degree in Austin, TX at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. Since being classically trained in European techniques, Chef Jada uses her knowledge of delicious southern cuisine in cohesion with classic European techniques to create upscale southern dishes.
"I've been cooking and creating recipes since I was about 9 years old. I would come home from school, cut on the Food Network, and my curiosity of the flavors and ingredients I saw being used drove me to get into the kitchen and try it myself. I've always loved the creativity that goes into food and I look forward to sharing that creativity with the world"
